General Terms.

Scope

These terms govern the floral design, scenography and workshop services offered by OFAIRY (Diana Moraru, self-employed, Belgium).

Quotes and orders

All quotes are valid for 30 days. The order is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit or as specified in the signed quote.

Workshops

• —Booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit via Stripe.
• —Cancellations less than 30 days before the date: deposit is forfeited.
• —Cancellations by OFAIRY: full refund of the deposit.
• —The balance is due by bank transfer 2 months before the workshop date.

Weddings & events

A 30% deposit is required upon contract signing. The balance is due 6 weeks before the event. Cancellations after signing result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Equipment rental

Rented items (arches, silk arrangements) remain the property of OFAIRY. A security deposit may be required. Any damage will be invoiced at replacement cost.

Intellectual property

Floral creations and scenographies by OFAIRY remain its intellectual property. Photos may be used for communication purposes with credit to @ofa.iry.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the competent courts are those of Brabant Wallon.
